MOTW 1A was #1 Bone Corporation vs. #4 Mario’s Militia

-I predicted a Militia victory by the score of 9-8-1.

-Militia continues their hot play of late, they win 14-2-2, that’s 8 wins in their last 9 matchups.

-Not to mention Mario just added 30 goal scorer Vinny Prospal at the deadline for a pick, they're looking good going into their first playoff birth.

-5 Reasons why Mario’s Militia won this matchup:

(5) They had won 7 of their last 8 going into it, there was no stopping them.
(4) Anytime your team puts up 44 points you’ve got a good chance at winning.
(3) 5 goalie wins and some killer goalie stats.
(2) 4 giwgles for Militia, that ties the record.

MOTW 1B = #3 Barclay Hill Mollies vs. #5 Dump and Chasers

-I predicted the Mollies would win 11-5-2.

-I've been picking the Mollies lately since they have been on fire and they were a sure thing, but I was wrong on this one.

-Sorry D+C, I underestimated your team. Marko’s squad wins 9-8-1 over what was a red hot Mollies team.

-Are the Mollies coming back to Earth or taking a breather before the playoffs?

-Bookman responds to teams taking breathers before the playoffs:

-Will Marko’s team dump and chase their way to some playoff wins?

-5 reasons why Marko’s D+C-ers won:

(5) This was all goaltending and specialties, D+C only put up 23 points.
(4) Nik Antropov – 6 pims and a ppg, both cats were narrowly won by D+C.
(3) Zetterberg and Cole didn’t hurt either.

(1) Jose-Price (Both of those goalies were awesome for D+C.)
