MOTW: It's a trade market

This week's matchup of the week is:

#1 Corporation for Bones vs. #4 Reed Dynamo

-If you were asleep for the past 3 months, no prob, Bone Corp is still in 1st

-Reed crapped himself early in the year and his team is just now finally recovering.

-Reed pulls off a trade to get Michalek, he gave up Horton, we’ll see.

-Bone is desperate for goalies, he now has 5 of them, and none of them win.

-Reed is a point demon right now, 52 points last week, 51 a few weeks before and a 49 burger, look out.

-Both teams are looking pretty healthy, although Lupul is out for Reed. Advantage, Kim.

Lets get to the meat of the matchup:

This week is a recipe for disaster Bone wise. Reed’s goalies are solid thanks to Osgood, Bone’s are shaky. Reed’s offense is as good as it gets, though Bone can put some up too.There isn’t much in terms of injuries for this matchup either so it should be a close one. When you look at specialties, you of course have to give pims to Bone, and face offs too b/c Dan and FW’s don’t exist together. In the head to head totals for the league, these two teams are almost identical in GWG’s, PPP, SHP, and +/-, so I’m calling them all a wash.

OK, what do we have so far, my poor brain needs a recap:

-Bone wins PIM’s, FW
-Reed wins say…4 goalie stats, and some point cats.
-The other cats are a wash.

-That gives me a prediction somehow around:

Reed over Bone 10-5-3
